Rich had a visit w/the doctor in MA. today; just a regular checking him out type of deal.  The doctor says he is recovering well and he’s pleased with all he sees.  Doc thinks the seizure despite taking meds, was caused by rapid weight loss and there is no concern remaining at this point.  He’ll see Rich four weeks from now, which will likely be the last visit before Rich can work again.  We are really enjoying Rich here at home; he’s been able to do office work and other needed things that self-employed people don’t get to do consistently, unless they are hunkered down recovering from surgery.. LOL.  He looks great and feels well, praise God.  Ken also continues to do very well; kidney is working beautifully, and his meds have been reduced.  This organ thing is a really cool deal.  Check your licenses to see if you made yourself a donor in the case of death, and tell someone in your family if your wishes include organ and tissue donation.  It’s not fun to think about, but the good it does is really something valuable.  You can’t take those little parts with ya!   We have a couple of friends on transplant lists right now, and know of many others.  The difference between them living long and healthy, or dying, relies on organ and tissue donation.
