Jesse was born in Russia and I have never been there but I have a certificate that looks like I gave birth to him, in Russia. B/c he is foreign-born, his New Hampshire birth certificate is a "certificate of foreign birth." Jubilee's looks like I gave birth to her (three months before giving birth to Valerie :)) in Colorado. Ben was born in CA. so I can't wait to see what their certificates look like. And I have never been there, but back on Sept. 22, 2003, it looks like I was! yeah, it is really funny, actually….
